In working with claimant groups to facilitate settlement of claims that involve, or could involve, Crown forest licensed land, the Trust looks forward to the day when all such claims are resolved and the Trust is wound up under the terms of its Trust Deed.
The Trust works co-operatively with Waitangi Tribunal and the Office of Treaty Settlements, and delivers the Trust’s Services
